Location - Only Mumbai (Hybrid) About the Company: As a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer at Collinson, you will develop cloud-based ML pipelines, collect data from various business units, and productionize analytics using a centralized platform. Your role involves driving innovation, exploring new frameworks, and collaborating with the data platform team to integrate ML workflows. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines for data-driven products and services. • Contribute to the architecture and technical decisions for cloud-based ML workflows (e.g. AWS). • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy ML and deep learning models into production systems. • Promote a self-serve data culture by reducing barriers to data access. • Stay up-to-date with the latest ML research and technologies and share knowledge within the organization. • Work on all project stages including planning, development, quality control, and deployment. • Develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning models. • Rapidly prototype and transform proof-of-concept projects into enterprise solutions. • Investigate emerging trends in data science and ML to identify opportunities for innovation. • Actively contribute to team dynamics and continuous improvement within the data and analytics team. • Provide regular updates on progress to technical leads and project managers. • Participate in external communities to stay ahead of industry trends and inform solution design.
