Magazine Sales Executive

About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Magazine Sales Executive to drive advertisement sales for our magazine (both print and digital editions). The role involves developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets through creative and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential advertisers, corporate clients and agencies for ad placements. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. • Prepare and present customized advertising proposals and media plans. • Coordinate with the marketing and editorial teams to ensure timely execution of client campaigns. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the media and publishing industry. Key Skills Required: • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proven track record in sales, preferably in media, print, or digital advertising. • Good understanding of branding, marketing, and audience engagement. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Education: • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication or Business preferred). Compensation: • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses.
