Who We're Looking For: We have opportunities across all levels, from strategic leadership to hands-on execution. 🎯 Strategic & Leadership Roles (Management) • Hub Director / General Manager: Visionary leadership to oversee the entire facility and P&L. • Operations Manager: Driving efficiency, safety, and process optimization across all shifts. • Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager: Ensuring adherence to stringent national/international cold chain regulations (e.g., HACCP, GDP). • Supply Chain / Logistics Planner: Designing and optimizing routes, inventory flow, and distribution strategies. 🛠️ Operational & Technical Roles (Staff) • Warehouse Supervisors / Team Leads: Leading floor operations, inventory control, and staff training. • Refrigeration & Maintenance Technicians: Experts in maintaining sophisticated temperature-controlled equipment. • Inventory Control Specialists: Mastering stock accuracy, cycle counting, and WMS utilization. • Forklift Operators / Material Handlers: Experienced and certified in safe, efficient movement of temperature-sensitive goods. What You'll Bring: • Proven experience in Cold Chain Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain, or Warehousing, particularly in temperature-controlled environments. • A passion for precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement. • Familiarity with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation technologies is a significant plus. • The drive to thrive in a startup/build-out environment where your input directly shapes the future.
