Role Description: This full-time on-site role as a Management Trainee in the Customer Success & Sales Program is based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting sales and business development efforts, assisting in client engagement, and managing customer retention strategies. • Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition • Develop communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics • Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed • Train and mentor new recruits • Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking • Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals • Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes • Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making • Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives • Prepare for long-term roles in management, consulting, or leadership.
