What You'll Do (Phase-Based Growth Path) Role Description This full-time on-site role as a Management Trainee in the Customer Success & Sales Program is based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting sales and business development efforts, assisting in client engagement, and managing customer retention strategies. As a Management Trainee, you will also gain hands-on experience in sales operations, relationship management, and contributing to overall sales performance while working closely with senior team members to develop strategies and meet performance goals. Phase 1: Field Sales & Business Fundamentals • Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition • Develop communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics • Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed Phase 2: Team Leadership Development • Train and mentor new recruits • Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking • Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals • Take responsibility for small teams and targets.
