Job Title: MBA – Finance & HR(Freshers) Location: Hyderabad Department: Finance & Human Resources Company: Transnational AI Experience: 0–1 Year (MBA Freshers Welcome) Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA (Finance & HR) Fresher to join our team as a Management Trainee. This role offers cross-functional exposure across Finance and Human Resources, providing hands-on experience in financial operations, budgeting, HR processes, talent management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Finance Responsibilities - Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports - Support accounts payable/receivable processes - Perform basic financial analysis and variance analysis - Assist with payroll coordination and reconciliation - Support statutory compliance documentation and audits - Maintain financial records and MIS reports - Work with leadership on cost tracking and financial planning HR Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, onboarding) - Support employee onboarding and documentation processes - Maintain employee records and HR databases - Assist in payroll inputs and leave management - Support performance management processes - Coordinate employee engagement initiatives - Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Required Qualifications - MBA in Finance & HR (Dual Specialization preferred) - Strong academic background - Basic understanding of financial statements and HR processes - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - High level of integrity and confidentiality Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of payroll processing - Understanding of compliance and statutory requirements - Interest in AI-driven business environments
