Position: Manager /Assistant- Marketing & Partnership Job Profile: • To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind. • Required to support the marketing and sponsorship team in data collation and coordinate with our team in south. • Tracking Pipeline, Call reports, Lead tracker report. • Scheduling meeting with the respective people. • Act as focal point for lead generation activities undertaken by the Sponsorship Team. • Responsible for Relationship building & key account management with the existing clients to get more business. • Responsible for working on & updating the CRM on regular basis. • Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets. • Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management. • To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind. Qualification & Key Attributes Required: • You should be an MBA with min 5- 6 years of exp in Marketing, Partnership, Fund raising, Sponsorship, Brand collaboration & integration. • Experience in Marketing & Sales with an exposure to Digital Media, Mass communication. • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
