The National Office, a key Strategic Enabler in our new model, is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Deloitte’s overall success. Position Summary: As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. Work you’ll do: Join Deloitte’s Specialized Growth Platform (GP) Cohort, working at the nexus of strategic alliances and high-impact domains—OEMs, AI/Agentic, Human Capital, FSI, Cyber, Supply Chain, and Finance Transformation. You will own both the operational rigor and domain alignment essential for market differentiation and effective relationship management. Portfolio & Account Management: • Oversee multiple account relationships, orchestrating resources across client engagements and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. • Track progress against account-specific KPIs, manage pipeline and reporting requirements, and coordinate touchpoints to ensure excellence in client service delivery. Alliances Leadership & Strategy Enablement: • Partner with Relationship Manager and domain leaders to shape and execute strategies in pursuit of Deloitte’s and the partner’s business objectives. Qualifications: • At least 10+ years of experience, minimum of 5 years driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives within and managing complex partner ecosystems. • Domain Knowledge: Deep subject matter expertise in at least two or more of the following domains: OEMs, AI/Agentic, Human Capital, FSI, Cyber, Supply Chain, or Finance Transformation. Good to Have: • Experience working on quick-turnaround projects is preferred. Education: • Bachelor’s degree.
