Our aim is to create value for stakeholders in complex, fragmented and traditional supply chains across industries by reducing operational and financial inefficiencies. We solve multidimensional information asymmetry and orchestrate the supply chain by leveraging engineering, data analytics, and technology. In the process, making procurement efficient and economical for our clients. We take active trade positions with back-to-back buy sell arrangements. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, drawing parallels with the role of a Manager at the Founder's office, located in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for or evaluating M&A opportunities, fundraising (both equity & debt), including approaching financial institutions, creating pitch decks, and managing relationships with traditional FIs/ IBs/ and potential investors. The candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting business analysis, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and identifying and documenting business requirements. Basically, shadowing the CEO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• B. Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) from IIT / NIT
• Prior consulting experience at MBB or a senior position at other leading business consulting / VC firms
