Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Ernakulam. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, managing financial and tax compliance, and leading a team to deliver accounting, advisory, and business structuring services. You will ensure smooth implementation of accounting systems, guide clients in automating financial processes, and provide key strategic insights to drive business growth. Qualifications • Expertise in Financial Management, Accounting, Taxation, and Business Structuring • Skills in Bookkeeping, Compliance Management, and MIS Reporting • Proficiency in Accounting Systems Automation and Integration technologies • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountants, Semi-qualified, CMA are preferred
