Responsibilities • Direct the technical architecture for a versatile engineering team • Secure exceptional delivery and peak performance standards • Lead and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative culture • Shape the technical landscape to drive team excellence • Focus on strategic planning to meet client needs effectively • Encourage a culture of learning and innovation within the team • Manage client accounts and maintain enduring relationships • Oversee project execution to secure alignment with goals What You Must Have • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 8 years of professional software engineering experience • Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart • Proven track record managing complex digital products • Proficiency in Aha!, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools • Demonstrating ability to apply Design Thinking and Lean UX principles • Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for documentation and automation • Excelling in user research and data-informed decision-making • Leading PI Planning and prioritization workshops • Maintaining a focus on metrics and success measurement
