Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities • Project Governance: Define, monitor, and maintain project plans, scope, and schedules using established methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate). • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to the Project Manager as needed. • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, high-visibility status updates to stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership. • Resource & Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization. • Coordination: Act as a liaison between SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Documentation: Maintain all project artifacts, templates, and lessons-learned documentation. Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 5+ years in IT project management, specifically in SAP implementations or upgrades. • SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules, functionalities, and S/4HANA. • Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, SAP Solution Manager, or other project management tools. • Certification: PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification is preferred. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
