Role Description This is a Managerial role at VeraSolute Consulting. The role is on-site at our Faridabad office - close to Delhi Faridabad Border. The role involves assisting in Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation, preparing documentation, performing benchmarking analysis, and conducting research on tax regulations. Qualifications: • Proficiency in International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and Corporate Taxation principles • Strong skills in Research, Benchmarking Analysis, and Transfer Pricing Documentation • Knowledge of Corporate Tax Compliance, BEPS Compliance, and Cross-Border Structuring • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients • Proficiency in relevant software tools and an aptitude for learning technology-driven solutions • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields • Prior experience or academic background in tax consultancy will be an added advantage
