Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Duties And Responsibilities •  Perform internal audits of Operations processes and enforce controllership •  Conduct monthly internal compliance audits within operations •  Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk in Operations function •  Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation •  Identify process improvement areas •  Ensure tracking & closure of identified compliance issues Required Qualifications And Experience •  CA / MBA or equivalent •  Experience in internal audit / Risk assessment function of lending business •  Proficient in audit and compliance frameworks •  Experience in data analysis and report drafting •  Excellent Excel & Power Point proficiency •  Positive attitude and team player •  Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills •  Ability to minimize operational risks including deep understanding of audit and compliance
