Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to drive strategic business development by establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a strong market presence. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance of channels to enhance customer relationships and loyalty, with P&L responsibility for the channel's growth, profitability, and overall management. Your New Role: • Manage and deliver the annual new business target. • Develop and share MI data to influence business decisions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements. • Underwrite new business and renewals for selected products. • Establish and develop relationships with key clients. • Monitor client feedback and market requirements. • Learn about new products and commission structures to enhance client relationships. • Coach and mentor team performance to achieve targets. About You: • Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines preferred. • A Tertiary Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Significant relevant experience in general servicing and underwriting. • At least some experience in a managerial capacity.
