Designation- Manager- Business Support and Administration, Sound Experience in Power BI / Data Analytics in mandatory Location- Gurgaon (Work from office) Job Description: We are seeking a Manager to join the Business Support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with leadership skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires someone who can translate complex data into actionable insights while managing key stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Drive analytics initiatives to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies. Manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines. Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders. Mentor team members and promote best practices in data analysis. Develop and implement data governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage mandatory documentation and maintain comprehensive records. Handle administrative responsibilities including team coordination and resource management. Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and implement process refinements to streamline workflows. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize team performance and deliverables. Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred 7-10 years of experience in business analytics or related field Strong project management skills with track record of delivering results Excellence in statistical analysis and data interpretation. Sound Experience in Power BI / Data Analytics in mandatory Required Competencies Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Self-motivated with strong initiative Exceptional stakeholder management abilities Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Required Skillset Advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Power Point and BI tools. Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future staffing needs and develop proactive solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
