Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Campus Relations & Engagement • Build and nurture relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 B-schools.. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver guest lectures, workshops, and curriculum inputs. Hiring Strategy & Execution • Own end-to-end B-school hiring strategy including demand planning, branding, assessments, and onboarding. • Partner with all Business Units & Horizontals to forecast talent needs and define hiring goals. • Drive virtual and in-person hiring campaigns, ensuring high candidate engagement and conversion. Program Management • Lead internship and management trainee programs, including design, execution, and post-hire integration. • Monitor performance metrics, feedback loops, and ROI of campus programs. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with HRBPs, L&D, and business leaders to align campus hiring with workforce planning. • Provide insights and analytics to leadership on hiring trends, campus performance, and talent quality.
