• *We're Urgent Hiring for Top MNC** • *Role: Manager (CLM)** • *Experience: 12 years to 14 years** • *Job Location: Noida** • *Shift: 24x7 (Rotational Shift)** • *Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance); CA/CFA preferred** We are hiring a Manager (CLM) to lead treasury and financial analytics functions, supporting senior leadership and finance teams. The role involves managing a team of 15, driving cash flow forecasting, treasury reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards. • *Must Have Skills:** • Supporting Senior Management Team and Finance & Treasury Departments heads with analytics • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. • Lead a team of 15 full-time employees. Extremely strong work and people management skills • Excellent client management with positive outcome • Good understanding of customer's business requirements, have market industry knowledge • *Key Responsibilities:** • Interest rate swaps, cashflow and FX valuation/hedge accounting. • Treasury Reporting, policy compliance and governance • Cash management and fund movement • Prepare, guide and drive cashflow forecasting • Understand working capital management and able to implement in the process • Treasury back-office support • Ability to use Treasury management platforms (including resolution of errors within the platform) • Develop treasury related models and analysis to support strategic initiatives • Capitalization and amortization of borrowing costs • Credit risk analysis per IFRS 9 • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance • Financial Accounting for hedges and derivatives as per IFRS 7 and 9 • Assessing the General ledger for month-end accruals • Preparation of monthly reports, summary of treasury, risk management activities and Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes. • *Good to Have:** • FRM certification, WACC calculations, hedge accounting, and tax/TOFA knowledge • *If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly share your CV** • *TO - HR Kiruthiga** • *Email: kiruthiganavayuga@gmail.com** • *#Treasury #Hedge Accounting # FX #IR #IFRS #Capital Management #Financial Planning #Treasury Management #Guide #Back office #GL #General Ledger #Cashflow**
