We are looking for a CA-qualified professional with strong experience in financial consolidation and reporting, with a deep understanding of IND AS/IFRS. The role will be responsible for group-level consolidation, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS • Strong hands-on experience in group consolidation, including subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting at group and entity level • Application and interpretation of IND AS standards / IFRS • Coordinate with auditors (statutory/internal) and manage audit closures • Prepare disclosures, notes to accounts, and support schedules • Support management with financial analysis and reporting insights • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong expertise in IND AS/IFRS • Proven experience in financial consolidation & reporting • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
