🚨 We’re Hiring | Manager – Corporate HR (Legal) 📍 Chennai | 🌍 International HR Focus | 🏢 IT / Technology Environment We are looking for a senior, hands-on Manager – Corporate HR (Legal) with strong on-the-ground International HR experience to join our Corporate HR function in Chennai. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR, employment law, and complex employee relations, especially in global, technology-driven organizations. 🔍 What You’ll Do • Independently manage Corporate HR Legal matters, including employment contracts, HR policies, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling • Handle hands-on International HR issues, including cross-border employment matters and coordination with global stakeholders • Lead and resolve complex HR disputes with a balanced legal and people-centric approach • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and applicable international employment regulations • Draft, review, and vet HR-related legal documents, notices, agreements, and disciplinary communications • Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business managers on sensitive employee matters • Coordinate with external legal counsels, auditors, and regulatory authorities (India & overseas) • Support statutory audits, internal investigations, and compliance reviews • Drive risk mitigation strategies related to employee relations and HR legal exposure 🎯 What We’re Looking For • LLB qualification (Mandatory) • 10–15 years of experience in Corporate HR Legal / Employment Law • Proven hands-on International HR experience (execution-focused, not advisory-only) • Strong exposure to IT / Technology-driven organizations • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations, disciplinary proceedings, and grievances independently • Excellent stakeholder management skills with high emotional intelligence, maturity, and discretion • Chennai-based or willing to relocate to Chennai (Mandatory)
