BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Private Limited | Full time | Manager – CS Marketing Mumbai - HO Your responsibilities Lead D2C, E‑commerce, Quick Commerce and emerging channels to drive service revenues, CX and profitability. Combine product/marketing, digital growth and channel partnerships to grow traffic, conversion, retention and CLTV. • Own P&L and growth for D2C, ecommerce, quick commerce and new channels. • Drive acquisition, conversion and retention (CLTV) via performance marketing & CRM. • Manage marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) and digital shelf performance. • Scale quick‑commerce, fulfillment and last‑mile for faster CX. • Monetize Customer Service through cross‑sell/upsell and assisted‑selling models. Your profile • Strong knowledge of Indian market dynamics and marketplace operations. • Data‑driven with Power BI/analytics experience. • Team leadership, stakeholder management and execution focus.
