Nature’s Chemistry is a luxury, nature-powered skincare brand operating on a D2C-first model through mync.in, with presence on Amazon and planned expansion into luxury marketplaces such as Tata CLiQ Luxury, Nykaa Luxe and Tira. We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Growth Leader to own revenue growth, sales strategy, distribution expansion, and channel performance across all platforms. This role is responsible for building a scalable, profitable growth engine while preserving the premium positioning of the brand. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Growth • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap to drive online revenue across D2C and marketplace channels. • Own monthly and annual revenue targets. • Monitor sales velocity, repeat purchase rates, AOV, and CAC-to-LTV ratios. • Identify levers to increase conversions and basket size. Channel & Distribution Strategy • Lead expansion across Amazon and luxury marketplaces (Tata CLiQ Luxury, Nykaa Luxe and Tira). • Evaluate new high-end D2C and omni-channel distribution opportunities. • Manage platform relationships and negotiations. • Build SOPs for inventory planning, replenishment, and sell-through optimization. Performance Marketing & ROI • Work with internal/external teams to drive ROI-led SMM / Digital campaigns. • Optimize CAC, ROAS, and retention marketing strategies. • Leverage data analytics to guide budget allocation. Premium Brand Commercial Positioning • Ensure pricing, offers and channel strategies align with brand’s luxury positioning. • Balance growth with brand equity. • Avoid discount-led dilution. Consumer & Data Insights • Use customer data to refine product positioning and retention strategy. • Build loyalty and subscription models where relevant. • Analyze cohort performance and repeat behaviour. Team & Process Building • Build and lead a small high-performance growth team. • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks. • Establish structured forecasting and review cycles. Fulfilment & Logistics • Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment process across D2C and marketplace channels. • Ensure timely, accurate, and premium-quality delivery. • Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping timelines, costs, and return handling. • Monitor key operational metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, RTO rates, and return management. • Ensure packaging, dispatch, and delivery processes reflect premium positioning. • Develop scalable fulfilment systems to support growth in order volumes without compromising customer experience. Automation & Technology Integration • Identify and implement automation tools across the D2C ecosystem, including order management, inventory tracking, marketing automation, and customer engagement. • Work closely with technology partners to streamline workflows between website, marketplaces, CRM, and fulfilment systems. • Leverage AI-driven and data analytics tools to improve demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and marketing performance. • Ensure the technology stack supports efficient scaling of the business with minimal operational friction. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Develop and implement a structured CRM strategy to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. • Design and manage automated customer journeys including onboarding, education, repeat purchase reminders, and loyalty programs. • Build and manage customer databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeted communication. • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and support interactions to continuously improve the product and brand experience. • Drive initiatives that improve repeat purchase rates and long-term customer loyalty. Data Analytics & Reporting • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key D2C metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, repeat purchases, retention cohorts, and revenue by channel. • Use data insights to guide marketing investment, pricing decisions, and inventory planning. • Conduct regular performance reviews of campaigns, channels, and product lines to identify opportunities for optimization. Customer Experience & Retention • Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience across all brand touchpoints including website, packaging, delivery, and post-purchase engagement. • Work with the creative and content teams to ensure communication is aligned. • Develop loyalty, subscription, and referral programs that encourage long-term engagement with the brand.
