Dentsu International is growing exponentially as we help clients achieve meaningful progress. We are looking for a data-driven Data Analyst to join our marketing team and own end-to-end analysis of digital campaigns across retention platforms. He/she will turn data into insights and actionable plans. Key Responsibilities • Track and analyse performance marketing campaigns • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, CVR, etc. • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness across channels • Support recommendations — Used cases, incrementality, and channel attribution What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in a performance marketing or analytics role (preferably D2C, ecommerce, FMCG, or retail) • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
