About the job
This role is responsible to implement and supervise digital media activities for the assigned brands. As a representative of Dentsu, the personnel will aid its clients in delivering value for campaigns by means of conceptualization and implementation of strategies & campaigns thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence in its expectation with the team. **Key Responsibilities** - Track and analyse performance marketing campaigns - Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, CVR, etc. - Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness across channels - Collaborate with growth, brand, and retention teams to support strategy and budget allocation. - Perform cohort and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities - Analyse user behaviour across platforms. - Support recommendations — Used cases, incrementality, and channel attribution - Work closely with media agencies and platform reps to benchmark and optimize performance **What We’re Looking For** - 2–4 years of experience in a performance marketing or analytics role (preferably D2C, ecommerce, FMCG, or retail) - Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of BI tools ( Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) - Familiarity with attribution tools (Helium 10, 1DS , Amazon PI, etc.) - Ability to translate data into strategic insights, MBRs and meaningful actionable items. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
