The Data Analytics Team Leader/Manager will spearhead the analytics function, translating complex data into actionable insights. Key Accountability Area: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts. • Drive all phases of analytic projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments. • Manage operational reporting and automation. • Oversee ad hoc data requests and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in quantitative fields. • Minimum of 8-12 years of overall experience in data analytics. • Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership/management role. • Proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Express Distribution, or E-commerce sectors. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
