ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical dual role—hands-on analytics expert and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders. You will work closely with the marketing team. Your main goal will be to understand member behavior to inform the strategy and operations roadmap for Tide. Some of the things you’ll be doing: • Build and implement end-to-end operational processes, governance structures, SLAs, KPIs, and budget frameworks for CRM operations. • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks using Excel and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Own the India reporting cadence.
