Tide is transforming the small business banking market with over 1.8 million members globally across the UK, India, Germany and France. Using advanced technology, all solutions are designed with SMEs in mind. With quick onboarding, low fees and innovative features, we thrive on making data-driven decisions to serve our mission: to help SMEs save both time (and money) so they can get back to doing what they love. Tide facts: • Tide is available for UK, Indian, German and French SMEs • Over 1.8 million members: 800,000 UK and 1,000,000 in India and growing rapidly • Over $300 million raised in funding • Over 2,500 Tideans globally - we’re diversity champions! • We have offices in Central London, with a member support and technology centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, technology centres in Serbia, Romania, Lithuania and Hyderabad and offices in Gurugram and New Delhi, and in Berlin, Paris and Luxembourg. ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical dual role—hands-on analytics expert and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, can drive high-impact initiatives independently, and brings structured leadership to ambiguous problem spaces. You will work closely with the marketing team. Your main goal will be to understand member behavior to directly inform and shape the strategy and operations roadmap for Tide’s different services. You will be responsible for discovering actionable insights that drive growth in this area. Some of the things you’ll be doing: • Build and implement end-to-end operational processes, governance structures, SLAs, KPIs, and budget frameworks for CRM operations. • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks using Excel and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. • Own the India reporting cadence, delivering clear, data-led narratives to senior stakeholders. • Provide advanced analytical support to leadership and product teams to inform prioritisation and strategic decisions. • Foster a culture of data literacy and operational excellence across the insurance function. • Recommend and implement data-driven process improvements, owning outcomes from insight through execution. What We Are Looking For: • You have 8+ years of experience in data/product analytics, preferably within digital or fintech products. • Strong SQL/Python proficiency • Able to translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualisations using Looker or other BI tools. • Familiarity with key product metrics such as LTV, CAC, conversion rates, churn and retention and ability to think critically about how data-driven strategies contribute to overall business growth. • Experience capturing stakeholder requirements across various levels of seniority and functions and building appropriate analytical solutions. • Comfortable in leading and solving vague and ambiguous problems with minimal guidance. • A self-starter and can operate with a high degree of independence. • A strong ownership mindset - taking the initiative to identify opportunities and solve challenges using data; you don’t wait for things to be told to you. WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN • * Competitive salary • Self & Family Health Insurance • Term & Life Insurance • OPD Benefits • Mental wellbeing through Plumm • Learning & Development Budget • 15 days of Privilege leaves • 12 days of Casual leaves • 12 days of Sick leaves • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities • Stock Options TIDE IS A PLACE FOR EVERYONE At Tide, we believe that we can only succeed if we let our differences enrich our culture.
