About the Role & Team: We are seeking a Product Data Science and Analytics member to lead our efforts for the Global Buying Hub Search Product domain. Successful candidates should have a strong background in data science & analytics and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment without being hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. What You Will Accomplish: • Set Analytics strategy, design and manage analytics roadmaps for Global Buying Hub Search domain. • Define, design and track key metrics to measure product performance and lead product health monitoring. • Design and execute A/B tests, causal inference, predictive analytics to identify and quantify opportunities and drive product strategy and roadmaps. • Develop dashboards and other self-service data visualization tools. • Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business etc.) to identify, prioritize and solve business challenges & develop best in class analytics solutions. What You Will Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields. Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in using data to facilitate business decisions, 3+ years if having a Master's Degree. • Strong hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments, with a solid foundation in causal inference. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Excellent communication, able to summarize complex analytical results and implications to senior leadership and collaborators in a clear and actionable manner. • Proven track record of maximizing data science to drive significant business impact, preferably within a product organization. • Experience in efficient manipulation and analysis of large data sets. • Advanced understanding of big data technologies and tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python …). Previous experience enhancing Analytics tools with AI technologies is a plus. • Experience working on search, ranking, relevance, recommendation systems or discovery products is highly desirable.
