Must have skills required: LangChain, ML, Python. Anervea.AI is Looking for: Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design and deliver AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across pharma and healthcare domains. (Note: Domain experience is mandatory) Key Responsibilities • Manage & mentor and guide a small team across multiple concurrent projects and troubleshoot the most complex data science issues • Drive AI/ML strategy and architecture design for enterprise-level initiatives. • Oversee implementation of LLM, GenAI, and RAG-based automation solutions. • Ensure compliance, scalability, and reproducibility of data science workflows. • Engage with senior stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into data-driven solutions.
