About the job

Manager - Debt Raise Role • Liasioning with banks & NBFCs for fresh funding and submission of data / information to prospective lenders • To ensure end to end execution in fund raising exercise - replying credit queries, documentation, draw-down, post draw-down compliances • Debt Covenant monitoring & tracking, providing periodical data to lenders • with Rating agencies • Manage requirements of internal stakeholders - Accounts & finance team, handling borrowings related queries from auditorsSkills • Experience of fund raising is a must • Good relationship management & communication skills • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and understanding of credit • Adequate understanding of ALM • General understanding of various borrowing products available in the marketPersona • CA / MBA in Finance (Tier I /II) with 5-6 years experience • Experience in NBFC treasury is a must; retail NBFC with varied offerings (Secured + Unsecured) is preferable. Location - Bangalore
