Know more: https://wri-india.org/ • *Job Highlight** Looking for a design professional with 8-10 years of experience in print and digital, specializing in publication design and data visualization. The role involves creating reports, infographics, and digital collaterals, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint are essential. The candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and experienced in coordinating with vendors and teams. A strong portfolio showcasing publications, infographics, and design fundamentals is mandatory. • *What Will You Do** • Work based on WRI India brand guidelines and adapt them to deliver design projects in the most effective manner – both print, video and digital. • Develop and execute creative ways to translate research and policy recommendations into compelling storylines, videos, visuals, and infographics. • Create designs and support the outreach of publications, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters and collaterals for digital platforms. • Manage vendors as needed and work to deliver - • Compelling data visualization and social media graphics. • Report and publication design. • High quality videos and infographics. • *What Will You Need** • Relevant design experience of minimum 8 years in both print and digital with a strong focus on publication design. • Extensive print and digital experience. • Particular focus on publication design and data visualization. • Experience in managing and supervising printers and vendors a must. • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint. • Additional skill sets in illustration, basic video editing, photo documentation will be a plus. • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. • Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication. • Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple team members. • Ability to coordinate with and oversee the work of external vendors. • *Potential Salary and Benefits:** INR 1,800,000 - 2,400,000 Annually. Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills.
