Job Title: Manager Digital Marketing Location: Navi Mumbai Industry: Real Estate Job Summary The Manager Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen the company’s online presence. The role involves managing performance marketing, digital platforms, marketing automation, and coordinating with agencies to support sales objectives for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with project sales goals. • Plan and execute digital campaigns for project launches and ongoing lead generation. • Identify new digital channels and technologies to improve campaign performance. 2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation • Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and property portals. • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce cost per lead (CPL), and maximize ROI. • Monitor lead generation funnel and coordinate with sales teams to improve conversions. 3. Social Media Management • Plan and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Oversee content planning, posting schedules, and campaign creatives. 4. Website & SEO Management • Manage company and project websites to ensure optimal user experience and lead capture. • Work on SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. • Monitor website performance and analytics. 5. Agency & Vendor Management • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for campaign planning and execution. • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets. 6. Analytics & Reporting • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM systems. • Analyze campaign data and prepare reports on leads, conversions, and marketing ROI. 7. Budget Management • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets for various projects. • Ensure efficient allocation of budget across channels to maximize lead generation. Key Requirements • Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field. • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in real estate or high-value sales industries. • Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns. • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools.
