Manager – Digital Media Strategy
About the job
Key Responsibilities • Digital Solutioning: Design and deliver integrated media strategies across SEM, Social, and Programmatic platforms tailored to client objectives, especially within healthcare and pharma sectors. • Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement GTM frameworks for new campaigns, services, or digital offerings, aligning them with client goals and business KPIs. • Governance & Excellence: Establish best practices, process frameworks, and governance models to ensure campaign quality, compliance, and performance consistency. • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary digital strategy partner for clients, driving conversations around innovation, media effectiveness, and digital transformation. • Strategic Pitches & Enablement: Lead solution design, develop persuasive pitch decks and presentations, and collaborate with business development teams to win new accounts. • Performance Optimization: Oversee campaign performance reviews, translate insights into actionable strategies, and drive continuous improvement across teams and platforms. .Required Qualifications • Minimum 12 years in digital marketing, with significant exposure to SEM, Social, and Programmatic advertising. • Proven success managing and optimizing digital campaigns within the healthcare/pharma industry. • Updated understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-based marketing solutions, with the ability to apply them in digital strategy and campaign execution. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solutioning, GTM planning, and digital strategy roles. • Experience working with US and/or EU clients will be a strong advantage. • Strong background in an agency environment with a track record of leading multi-channel campaigns. • Deep understanding of SEM (Google Ads, Bing), Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat), and Programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs). • Skilled at interpreting data, generating insights, and presenting results in a clear, actionable manner. • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and team leadership skills.
