Manager - Due Diligence – TLB & co Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) Experience: 3 - 4 Years What the role involves: • Planning and executing buy-side & sell-side financial due diligence engagements • Analysing financial statements, quality of earnings, net debt, working capital & cash flows • Identifying key business risks, deal drivers, and value considerations • Preparing due diligence reports, databooks, and client presentations • Leading teams of 2 - 5 members and working closely with Partners • Coordinating with tax, valuation, legal & audit teams on integrated assignments • Supporting business development and client pitches We’re looking for: • CA with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory / Audit with deal exposure • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit methodologies & financial analysis • Advanced MS Excel skills and report writing ability • Working knowledge of tax laws & Companies Act • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why join TLB & co? • Work with a young, dynamic team • Exposure to start-ups, mid-sized & large corporates across industries • Direct interaction with Partners and leadership • Continuous learning & fast-track career growth • High focus on technology-driven client delivery Interested candidates may share their resume at: shreesha@lodhabhatt.com Know more about us: TLB & co
