Role Summary And Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for Manager - E commerce who will: • The Manager, Commerce role will have a deep interest and appreciation for the uniqueness of retail and marketplaces, and use their retail expertise to deliver excellence in biddable retail media channels. Job Responsibilities • Manage a team of 2-5 direct reports and their career development. • Interact effectively with regional teams internally (Europe, North America, Asia) and be a strong communicator. • Oversee search and programmatic media activations across several retailer media networks. • Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting. • Maintain excellent relationships with key account stakeholders. • Ensure on-going campaign compliance to GroupM established guidelines and best practices. • Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. • Synthesize key data points and recommend activities. • Address technical issues with media campaign serving. • Manage reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking. Minimum Requirements • At least 4 years of experience in biddable performance media execution. • Experience managing a team. • Proficient in English. • Experience across the Microsoft Office Suite. • Deep understanding of retail elements to inform media decisions. • Strong drive to understand the retail landscape. • Experience with retail bid management platforms. • Excellent project-management skills.
