Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Manager in the field of educational sales. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in educational sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading sales teams. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational sales division, including strategy development, team management, and client relationships. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the educational sector. 2. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed. 3. Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded. 4. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and coaching to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and educational institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics. 8. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the educational market. 9. Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance, strategy effectiveness, and market insights. 10. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
