We are currently hiring for Manager Enterprise commercial finance role based in Navi Mumbai, within the Revenue & Commercial Operations function. Educational Qualifications CA Years of Experience (minimum & maximum) 04-08 Years Purpose of the Role The Manager – Commercial Finance (Enterprise) is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue accounting, timely financial closures, and robust billing and charging governance for the Enterprise business segment. The role owns revenue recognition, audit readiness, and statutory compliance, while acting as a key finance partner to Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Legal teams. The incumbent plays a critical role in enterprise financial closures, monetization of POC and pilot services, audit and regulatory management, exception handling, and process automation, ensuring zero revenue leakage, strong commercial controls, and compliant execution across complex enterprise customer contracts. Key Responsibilities • Ensure accurate and timely revenue closure across all products within the Enterprise segment, in line with accounting standards and internal controls. • Drive dashboard-led, product-wise revenue and ARPU analytics to identify, recommend, and execute revenue enhancement and monetization opportunities. • Lead the automation and standardization of Record-to-Report (R2R) MIS for the Enterprise segment, covering daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles. • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Product teams to support new product launches and evaluate complex or non-standard customer transactions, ensuring commercial and revenue readiness. • Own and strengthen Usage-to-Cash (U2C) processes for Enterprise products to ensure complete, accurate, and timely usage capture, billing, and revenue realization. • Track, analyze, and monitor product- and customer-level margins, providing insights to improve profitability and cost transparency. • Design and implement robust commercial controls and governance frameworks for related-party transactions, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. • Support statutory audits, internal audits, management reviews, and compliance checks, ensuring timely resolution of observations across all Enterprise commercial processes. • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, and IT teams to drive strong cross-functional alignment, governance, and continuous process improvement. Key Deliverables • Monthly and quarterly revenue closure for all Enterprise products • Revenue reconciliation between billing, usage, GL, and collections • Documented revenue recognition policies and exceptions log • End-to-end U2C framework (usage capture → billing → collection) • Automated dashboards for product-wise revenue, ARPU, growth, and trends • Seamless introduction of new products and segments in collaboration with product.
