About the job
Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients and working professionals to promote Executive Education Programs (short-term and long-term). Clearly explain program features, unique value propositions, benefits, and learning outcomes to prospective participants. Identify key decision-makers (HR Heads, L&D Managers, Business Heads, CXOs) within organizations and schedule meetings or program demos for senior sales/team members, when required. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to nurture and convert prospects. Maintain high productivity standards in terms of daily call volumes, follow-ups, and lead conversions. Update and manage the CRM system with accurate call records, client interactions, lead status, and pipeline details. Achieve nomination and revenue targets for open enrollment programs and customized corporate training programs. Collect and share regular market feedback, competitor insights, and client concerns with the MDC team for strategic improvements. Coordinate internally for smooth execution of programs post-confirmation.
