Qualifications • Strong skills in Finance and Account Management • Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales • Effective Team Management and leadership abilities • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial management software and tools • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
