We are seeking an experienced Manager-Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations for our residential construction projects. The role involves managing project accounts, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cash flow management. Job Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: • Maintain books of accounts for residential construction projects • Manage project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments • Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements Budgeting & Cost Control: • Prepare project budgets and monitor actuals vs estimates • Track construction costs including materials, labor, contractors, and overheads • Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions Compliance & Statutory Requirements: • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws • Manage GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory audits • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Vendor & Contract Management: • Review contractor bills, purchase orders, and agreements • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies • Ensure timely payments as per contract terms Coordination & Reporting: • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and sales teams • Prepare MIS reports for management including project-wise profitability • Support management in financial planning and decision-making Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting • CA (Inter)/ CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred Skills: • Strong knowledge of construction accounting and real estate finance • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar systems) • Excellent knowledge of GST and taxation related to real estate • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience: • Experience in Residential real estate or construction accounting • Knowledge of RERA financial compliance • Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
