Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to support day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliances. The role involves handling routine accounting activities, statutory filings, reconciliations, and supporting monthly book closures. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping • Record day-to-day accounting transactions including: • Purchases, sales, and all expenses • Credit notes and debit notes • Bank entries and journal entries • Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations. • Ensure proper documentation and accounting of all financial transactions.Statutory Compliance • Prepare and file statutory returns including: • GST • TDS • VAT (where applicable) • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations. • Coordinate with consultants/auditors for statutory matters when required.Monthly Closure & MIS Support • Assist in monthly book closure activities. • Prepare expense schedules, provisions, and supporting workings. • Support finance team in preparation of reports and reconciliations required for audits and management review.Systems & Process Support • Work on ERP systems for accounting and reporting. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entered in the system.Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA-Inter / equivalent will be an added advantage. • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and statutory compliances. • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage. • Good analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet timelines. Experience • 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles (flexible based on candidate capability).
