Company Description We are a Textile made ups production and exporting unit at Sivakasi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Finance and Accounts located in Sivakasi. The Manager Finance and Accounts will oversee financial operations, manage the accounting process, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role involves supervising a team, supporting customer service processes related to financial transactions, and collaborating with the sales team to align financial objectives with business goals. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Finance, including financial planning, budgeting, and compliance • Experience in Account Management, maintaining accurate financial records, and reporting • Skills in Customer Service and ability to manage financial aspects of client interactions • Expertise in Sales and supporting relevant financial operations to drive revenue goals • Proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff effectively • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications like CA (inter), CMA(Inter), or CPA are an advantage
