Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for creating necessary standard and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements. - Supervising a offshore team of FP&A analysts and ensures robust workforce management (knowledge management, competencies, coaching). - To initiate and lead analysis and process improvement/harmonization projects and ensures effectiveness and efficiency of the processes. Must Have Skills: - Certified Chartered Accountant with experience in managing end to end FP&A - Hands-on experience in FP&A along with financial analysis and providing decision support - Working Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Alteryx, Power BI etc.
