**About the Role** We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-first Manager – Growth Marketing to drive end-to-end business performance for a flagship Online PGP (Business Program). This is not a channel-focused role; it is a program ownership mandate where you will be responsible for planning, launching, scaling, and delivering revenue outcomes across cohorts. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive enrollment growth, optimize funnel performance, and ensure strong business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments, enjoys owning a P&L, and wants to directly influence business growth. **Key Responsibilities** **Business Ownership & Planning** • Own end-to-end program performance including revenue, enrollments, CAC, ARPU, and overall P&L • Build cohort-level business plans including budgets, lead targets, funnel goals, and conversion projections • Present plans to leadership and translate them into actionable execution roadmaps **Cross-Functional Execution** • Drive alignment across Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Content, Design, Social, Research, Events, and Sales • Plan and execute demand generation initiatives such as webinars, masterclasses, and conversion-focused campaigns • Ensure consistent visibility and demand generation across both paid and organic channels **Funnel Ownership & Optimization** • Track and optimize performance across the entire funnel from lead generation to final conversion • Analyze campaign effectiveness across messaging, creatives, targeting, and user journeys • Drive data-backed decisions to scale, pivot, or optimize initiatives • Build strong feedback loops with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates **Communication & Stakeholder Management** • Own user journey, communication, and messaging to maximize conversion performance • Collaborate with Research teams to integrate market insights into strategy • Act as the single point of accountability for program outcomes, proactively identifying risks and solving for them • Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership **Mandatory Skills** • 4–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Program Management, or GTM roles • Proven experience in launching or scaling products or programs, preferably in EdTech or consumer internet • Strong ownership of business metrics including revenue, CAC, LTV, and funnel performance • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution without formal authority • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills • High execution intensity with a bias for action • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills **Why Join** • High-impact, ownership-driven role with direct influence on revenue outcomes • Work closely with experienced leadership from top global organizations • Fast-paced, meritocratic culture with strong learning and growth opportunities • Premium on-site work environment with strong employee benefits.
