Job Description KEY SKILLS • Excellent Organizational & Coordination Skill • Strong attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy • Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Leadership abilities to guide teams through the effective and efficient process Key Responsibilities Candidate to work closely with cross functional stakeholders including R&D, Mfg. Plant, PDL, PMT, Quality, Sourcing & Procurement etc to ensure timely and coordinate with Site planning team for execution of various Scale up/Exhibit batches for New product filing, Variation filing for AVD of API/Excipient or any Process changes or any Site transfers etc. Candidate to organize regular review cadence with relevant stake holders and coordinate for equal prioritization for these activities based on Stage Gate milestones of perquisites completion (Weekly/Monthly) Candidate to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvements and harmonize across Lupin Formulation Plants Candidate to coordinate centrally for roll out same process across API Mfg. Plants of Lupin post successful deployment at formulation plants and also to support API CSP activities Candidate to coordinate with Site SP for Track and Analyze all monthly metrics such as R Vs C & C Vs A, Budget Vs Actual execution of projects Work Experience 5-8 years Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry Education Graduation in Chemical Engineering Competencies • Innovation & Creativity • Strategic Agility • Result Orientation • Collaboration • Stakeholder Management • Customer Centricity • Developing Talent • Process Excellence
