Manager - HHKVA, Sales Responsibilities & Key Deliverables We are seeking an experienced H KVA Manager with a strong technical background and comprehensive market knowledge. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements and ensure effective technical handling within our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage H KVA projects from inception to completion. - Understand and analyse customer requirements, translating them into actionable project plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Develop and implement strategies for technical handling and customer engagement. - Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members. - Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding project status and technical challenges. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of the latest HHP engine technologies and trends. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Experience Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / mechanical or a related field. - Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in Higher KVA DG market management. - Proven track record in understanding customer requirements and delivering technical solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
