Prerequisites are following: Education: MBA full time from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School Candidates with ONE Month Notice Period Only. Good in stakeholder management and in HRBP gamut. (Includes 30% TA) Work Experience: Not more than 5 Years CTC: Based on current CTC and work experience, open to market standard. Level - AM/ Manager HR Role - Corporate HRBP Reporting - GM HR Team - IC Role. (It's an Individual Contributor role). Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Manager, HR Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the commercial business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving initiatives that enhance overall employee engagement and performance.
