About the Role The position is for a role in HR for the India BU business based out of Zonal Office, north based out of Gurgaon. Responsibilities • Manage HRBP role along with exposure across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management. Qualifications • Relevant Experience: 6-8 years in managing HRBP role. Required Skills • Extensive knowledge of HR Policies & Systems • Analytical Capabilities • Strong Business Acumen & Influencing skills • Change Management skills • Knowledge of Labour laws and regulations Preferred Skills • Interpersonal skills • Effective Communication • Conflict Management & Negotiation • Objectivity & Critical Thinking
