Role Overview: As the Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) at o9 Solutions, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to seni ... or leadership teams. - Translate business strategy into comprehensive workforce and talent plans. - Lead and drive enterprise-level HR initiatives aligned to business strategy, including organizational transformation, workforce planning, process optimization, and large-scale change programs. - Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing proactive HR counsel on business decisions, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and risk mitigation. - Own and strengthen leadership partnerships, fostering a high-performance culture that enhances engagement, productivity, and long-term retention across business units. - Build executive credibility and influence, driving accountability in performance management, leadership capability, and talent outcomes. - Lead executive-level meetings, business reviews, and organizational workshops, delivering insights and recommendations that influence strategic direction. - Lead organizational design efforts, providing strategic recommendations on restructuring, leadership pipelines, and future workforce capabilities. - Partner closely with business leaders to align people's strategy with financial performance, competitive positioning, and long-term growth objectives. - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement scalable global policies, frameworks, and talent programs. - Leverage advanced HR analytics, AI, automation of HR processes and workforce insights to shape data-driven business decisions and anticipate organizational risks. - Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolution while mitigating legal and reputational risk; lead sensitive investigations when required. - Serve as a subject matter expert on employment law, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and advising leadership on regulatory implications. Qualifications Required:- 812 years of progressive HR experience.- Minimum 5+ years in an HRBP role supporting senior business leaders.- Experience in high-growth, global, or technology-driven organizations preferred.- Bachelors degree required.- MBA or Masters in HR / Organizational Psychology preferred.
