💼Role-Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) 📍Location – Indore 💰Budget-Upto 20LPA 🔔Applicants should be from BPO/ITES/MNC 🎯Key Responsibilities • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals. • Workforce Planning: Analyze talent needs and support workforce optimization and succession planning. • Employee Relations: Manage employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution. • Performance Management: Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and development plans. • Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and leadership programs. • Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives and culture-building activities. • Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines. • HR Analytics: Use data to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity. • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. • Engagement & Well-being: Drive employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and well-being interventions. • Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles
